It is a new flat-rate pass promoted and subsidized by Alicante City Council to encourage the use of public transport among Alicante residents.
With your 30-day pass, you can make unlimited trips for 30 days after you first use it. Once you have registered and made your first top-up, you can make subsequent top-ups at your usual point of sale, just like any other pass. Remember that the 30-day validity period begins after the first validation you make following the corresponding top-up.
You can use it on all metropolitan public transport (TAM): city buses, intercity buses, and TRAM.

How can I do this?
If you already have a pass and want to be a beneficiary of the 30-day pass, you must specifically request it and provide all the information again.
Can I redeem any unused trips from my old pass?
As the price and conditions of the passes are different, trips cannot be transferred between them.
Can I hold two passes at the same time?
Yes, if you want to opt for the new pass, you can request it and use it interchangeably with any other pass you have active.

Application at the TAM office
Visit our TAM office and they will help you with the voucher application process. You only need to provide a passport-size photograph of the applicant.
For a one-time price of €40 €24.00 (subsidized until January 31, 2026)*, you can make unlimited trips for 30 days after you first use it. You will also have to pay a one-time fee of €4 for the card holder.
*Discounts applied from July 1, 2025, are funded by the Ministry of Transport, Mobility, and Urban Agenda, the Valencian Regional Government, and Alicante City Council. More and better public transport.
The new fares will be sold from July 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
They will be valid for use until January 31, 2026.
They can be exchanged, paying the corresponding difference, from February 1 to 28, 2026.
